Basic Formule
The Pizza Game
We see this as a snack/drink/activity. Around our mobile pizza oven and with a group of up to 30 people, we’ll carry out all kinds of tasks in the form of an ‘escape game’. In small teams, the participants tackle a variety of challenges to unlock their ingredients that they’ll then be able to top their pizzas with.
Price?
65 euros pp, excl. transport costs at 1.5 euros/km departing from Berlare.
Which activities?
Standard activities of The Pizza Game, 8 tasks that the participants will carry out in small teams.
Duration?
Formula of +/- 3 hours.
Amount of catering/drink?
Included as standard:
- 1/2 a pizza pp
- 1/2 a bottle of wine pp
- 2 glasses of prosecco or non-alcoholic aperitif pp
- Unlimited soft drinks (Cola, Cola-Light, still and sparkling water)
Comfort Formule
Mobile pizza oven + activities
We see this as a snack/drink/activity. Starting from our mobile pizza oven, we then add other options from our range of team building activities. This formula is based on a maximum of 40 participants.
Price?
Depending on the chosen activities, the price can vary from 75 to 85 euros pp, excluding travel costs at 1.5 euros/km departing from Berlare.
Which activities?
Together we’ll agree on a mix of activities combined with the mobile pizza oven. We always start from our successful formula. Other activities can also be added.
Duration?
Formula of +/- 3 hours.
Amount of catering/drink?
Included as standard:
- 1/2 a pizza pp
- 1/2 a bottle of wine pp
- 2 glasses of prosecco or non-alcoholic aperitif pp
- Unlimited soft drinks (Cola, Cola-Light, still and sparkling water)
Catering and drinks are available both during and after the activities.
Luxe Formule
Activities + catering by Osko
In collaboration with our partner Osko, we provide everything for your event! Osko takes care of the catering, while Contained looks after the activities! This format has a minimum of 30 paying participants. First, they take part in a TEAMchallenge featuring all kinds of activities. Afterwards, we enjoy a finger food/pizza tasting menu (all-in formula) thanks to our partner Osko.
Price?
Depending on the chosen activities, the price can vary from 90 euros to 100 euros pp, excluding travel costs at 1.5 euros/km departing from Berlare.
Which activities?
Together we’ll agree on a mix of activities combined with catering from Osko. We always start from our successful formula. Other activities can also be added.
Duration?
2 hours of activities with around 2 hours of catering afterwards.
Amount of catering/drink?
Included as standard:
- Finger food
- Pizza tasting menu (all-in formula)
- Unlimited soft drinks (still and sparkling water, Cola, Cola Zero)
- At least 2 members of serving staff
- Purchase of drinks is per bottle.

Are vegans/veggies catered for?
Just let us know in good time and Contained will tailor the ingredients!
How many participants do we need to have?
There is a minimum of 8 paying participants for the Basic Formula and the Comfort Formula, and a minimum of 30 paying participants for the Luxury Formula, where we work with Osko.
Where can this take place?
This can take place at a location of your choice, but it needs to be accessible by trailer! We do like to have a spacious area (+100m2) available to set up our activities.
Do we need to provide anything ourselves?
No, Contained takes care of everything: the activities, catering, drinks, standing tables, cardboard plates, you name it…
What in case of bad weather?
Contained has a personalized folding tent of no less than 36m2! This allows us to always provide a shelter in bad weather, and we can even hold some activities under cover.
