Is there a minimum number of participants?
There is no minimum number of participants, however, at our standard rate (17,5 euro/ll for full day, 14 euro/ll for half day) we apply a minimum total of 600 euro. This equals 40 full-day paying participants, or 50 participants at half a day. Is your group smaller? Please contact us, we will look for a solution together!
Is there a maximum number of participants?
There is no maximum number of participants! There is no limit to the quantity of activities that can be combined together.
How many students can participate in one activity at the same time?
Ideally, we use a group size of maximum 20 people because this ensures better engagement. Do you wish to form larger groups? Please get in touch with us so we can look at the possibilities together!
For what age-group are the activities designed?
These activities are ideal for all students in secondary school. Looking for a sports day for your primary school? Please contact us and specify your request. Together we will look for the right activities!
Which activities can take place indoors, which outdoors?
Most of our activities can take place indoors and/or outdoors. Only darts requires an indoor space.
Do we need to provide anything ourselves?
No, Contained provides all needed materials. You may have to provide (extra) supervisors, see practical info. The customer indicates where they want the activities to take place.
Can we also rent the equipment without a guide?
This is certainly possible! Price upon request. Contact us for an obligation-free quote!
How much time do we foresee for each activity?
Contained works with 50-minute-time slots per activity. If you would like longer/shorter slots, contact us and we will consult together!
What in case of bad weather?
Contained has a personalized folding tent of no less than 36m2! This allows us to always provide a shelter in bad weather, and we can even hold some activities under cover.
